All of the scripts in this category are installed at TGen North on the aspen cluster, and at NAU on the monsoon cluster (if a script you want isn't there, let us know and we will get there). We can also install any of them on bio653, if that is helpful to you, just let us know.
Install locations:
aspen : /scratch/bin/ -- to use just type: module load tnorth and they will be added to your path. You might want to add this command to your ~/.bashrc file.
monsoon : /common/contrib/bin/ -- to use, you will need to add this directory to your path, type: export PATH=/common/contrib/bin/:$PATH You might want to add this command to your ~/.bashrc file.
